the emerald hotel is a brill place! super clean pool area with palm trees, the staff were so friendly, especially emma, she made us feel at home. loved the breakfast by the pool and ur just a short walk to the strip, no crazy noise at night. i had a great time chillin by the pool, and it wasn't crowded at all. would totally come back for another trip!
the wifi was a bit sketchy, and sometimes the shower would overflow.

The room was pretty small and definitely packed with issues. We only got our sheets changed once in two weeks, which was a bummer. The shower was just a hose, so everything got soaked, and there wasn't even a shower curtain. Plus, we had ants on the floor, and it took a lot of effort to get anyone to help with that. It felt like they didn't care much about room hygiene or comfort, honestly.

Just a suitable option for a brief pause in Malia with good value for cost. The pool area was quite refreshing after a long day exploring. Bring earplugs to deal with the noise at night.

Clean swimming pool, Variety in breakfast options, Basic kitchen amenities
Consider addressing the lack of air conditioning!!! Excessive noise from surrounding areas can disrupt a peaceful stay. Charging extra for basic services feels unwelcoming!!! Inadequate shower facilities can ruin the experience!!!

The hotel features a clean swimming pool that's perfect for taking a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the night scene or local attractions. The unique garden area surrounding the pool provides a relaxing vibe, making it a nice spot to unwind under the sun.
The lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy during the hot nights, which was a major discomfort. Coupled with the overwhelming nighttime noise, it made getting a decent night's sleep quite the challenge. Shower facilities were subpar, lacking any kind of enclosure, resulting in slippery floors. Limited kitchen supplies made self-catering inconvenient, and I often found myself relying on local dining options instead. the policies on bringing guests back felt too strict, which put a damper on the social aspect of the stay. The room size was snug, bordering on cramped, and the cleaning schedule was infrequent, which left the place feeling less than fresh during my visit.
